In my movie I would have the characters be a tooth, toothbrush, and floss. The conflict of the movie is that floss went missing and tooth and toothbrush have to go find him before the timer goes out. If the timer goes off before they find floss then floss would die a tragic death. The story would end by them finding floss in time and finding out who the bad guy is.
